It didn’t stop
working.
The cold ran out with the water, not the towel. Three seconds brings it back.

  Why it goes warm
The water
ran out.
The fabric holds water, then uses evaporation to help you feel cooler and more comfortable in hot, dry conditions. When it goes warm, the water has gone. The towel is fine.
Same towel. Left side wet, right side dry.
  The three second fix
Just add water.
Again.
Soaking a cooling towel under a running tap
01
Soak
Wet thoroughly with water.
Wringing the water out of a cooling towel
02
Wring
Wring out excess water.
Snapping a cooling towel through the air to activate it
03
Snap
Snap or wave to activate, then place on the skin.
Do it as many times as the day needs. It is reusable and machine washable. Wash it, and let it dry all the way before you put it away.
From a Phoenix customer
Yard work, in July.
“I used these while doing yard work and it kept me cool the whole time, even in this brutal summer heat. The quality is amazing, super soft and durable.”
