French Mush
What we saw
A French brand selling in two languages across Europe, with a catalogue that runs wide, capsules, powders, gummies and a chocolate spread, and hangs on two drinks: Coffee Boost and Cacao Boost. A wide catalogue is exactly the situation where a cart abandoner is the easiest person in the list to write to, because they have already done the hard part and chosen.
What we did
We built the abandoned cart flow on the thing they had already picked rather than on a discount, and put the second order flow underneath it. The second order sequence moves a Coffee Boost buyer to the Cacao Boost, because that is what the catalogue says people order next, and it opens while the first parcel is still in transit rather than waiting for the list to go cold. Free delivery over 68 euros is their own published threshold, so it does the work a discount would otherwise have to do.
Nobody hired us to build this. We picked the brand, found the gap, and built the flow we would have built for them, using their own products, prices and photography as published on their site. They are not a client and we claim no result for it.
