Peanut & Honey
What we saw
A Williamsburg boutique reselling about 25 labels across 250 products, on a stock Shopify theme with essentially no styling. Kids grow between the order and the delivery, which makes the window after the first purchase both the moment of highest risk and the best reason to write.
What we did
We built the second order flow around that growth window. It opens by asking whether everything fit, which is a service question rather than a sales one, and uses the answer to earn the next order. Their thirty day returns policy and the in-store return rule for New York orders are stated plainly, because burying them is what loses the second purchase.
Nobody hired us to build this. We picked the brand, found the gap, and built the flow we would have built for them, using their own products, prices and photography as published on their site. They are not a client and we claim no result for it.
