Pro Kettlebell
What we saw
A patented bell with four features they can name and photograph, more than thirty prototypes behind it, and 464 reviews sitting on the site doing nothing in the inbox. It also has a price problem: a cast iron 16kg bell is about seventy dollars and theirs is $275. Anyone who joined the list and never bought is standing on that gap, and no discount is going to close it.
What we did
We built the never-bought flow around the mechanism rather than the price. The shape is the argument, so the emails show it and explain what each feature changes about the lift. Their own reviews carry the objection, because a buyer who made the same jump is more convincing on $275 than we are.
Nobody hired us to build this. We picked the brand, found the gap, and built the flow we would have built for them, using their own products, prices and photography as published on their site. They are not a client and we claim no result for it.
